Dzopkyos heading to base camp, loaded with gear and feed
A '22 degree halo' above Nuptse. This rare phenomenon occurs when there are thin cirrus cloud containing hexagonal ice crystals. The spots just above and below the sun are lens flare, but the colour fringe and darker inner circle are part of the halo effect and are not introduced by the photography process.
